Delete Your CommissionKeep Account

You can permanently delete your CommissionKeep account and the data associated with it. Deletion is permanent — it cannot be undone, and deleted records cannot be restored.

What gets deleted

  • Your login and password (your authentication account)
  • Your profile: name, currency and preferences
  • Your settings: income goal, tax reserve %, splits, cap and default fees
  • Every deal and commission record you saved
  • Every expense and expense category you saved
  • Goal progress, milestone history and report data, which are derived from the records above

If you want a copy of your numbers first, sign in and export a CSV from the Reports page before you delete.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself (fastest)

Sign in to CommissionKeep and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You will confirm with your password, your account and data are deleted immediately, and you are signed out. You can also do it right here:

Option 2 — Request deletion without signing in

If you can no longer sign in or no longer have the app, submit a deletion request below. We verify ownership of the email address before deleting anything — we will reply from info@realgeorgiaproperties.com to the address you enter and ask you to confirm the request from that mailbox. Verified requests are completed within 30 days, and usually within a few business days.

Subscriptions

CommissionKeep does not currently offer paid subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel before deleting your account. If paid plans are introduced later, cancelling a subscription and deleting your account may be separate actions — and a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play must be cancelled in that store. We will publish those instructions here when that functionality exists.

What may be retained

After deletion we may keep limited information where we have a legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting or regulatory reason to do so. In practice this means the deletion request record itself and routine server/backup logs held by our hosting providers, which age out on their normal schedule (generally within 30 days). See our Privacy Policy.
