CommissionKeep Terms of Use

By creating an account or using CommissionKeep, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. CommissionKeep is intended for business use by commission-based professionals.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You agree not to:

• Use CommissionKeep for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Interfere with, overload, probe or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or resell the service except as permitted by law.
• Upload malicious code or content you do not have the right to store.

CommissionKeep calculates figures such as gross commission, referral fees, brokerage splits, team splits, transaction fees, net commission, business expenses, estimated tax reserve and estimated take-home income based entirely on information you enter and the settings you choose.

Brokerage agreements, commission structures, referral arrangements, fee schedules, cap rules, tax treatment and individual circumstances vary widely. CommissionKeep does not guarantee that a calculated amount will equal an actual commission disbursement, tax liability, brokerage statement or final earnings.

CommissionKeep is not a brokerage, accounting firm, tax preparer, law firm, financial adviser, lender or financial institution. Nothing in the service is tax, accounting, legal, investment or financial advice. Estimated tax reserve figures are estimates only and are not tax advice. Consult qualified professionals for advice about your situation.

You are responsible for verifying every calculation against your brokerage agreements, commission statements, closing documents, accounting records and appropriate professional advisers before relying on it for any decision, filing or payment.

CommissionKeep may offer free and paid plans. If paid plans are introduced, the price, billing period and included features will be disclosed before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically for the stated period unless cancelled, fees are charged through our payment processor, and unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for periods already started. We will give reasonable advance notice of price changes.

You may cancel a paid plan at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period and the plan does not renew. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or data. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through a third party such as the Apple App Store or Google Play — cancel those through that store.

CommissionKeep, including its software, design, branding and content, is owned by Real Georgia Properties LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your own business purposes under these Terms.

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited right to host, store, process and display that data solely to operate and support the service for you, including through the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these Terms.

CommissionKeep depends on third-party hosting, database, authentication and (in the future) payment services. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or outages of those providers, though we choose them with reasonable care.

We aim to keep CommissionKeep available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may modify, add or remove features, and may suspend the service for maintenance or to protect users. Material changes to core functionality will be communicated where reasonable.

To the extent permitted by law, CommissionKeep is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that calculations will match any third party's figures or that the service will be error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost commissions, lost data or tax penalties arising from your use of CommissionKeep. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for CommissionKeep in the 12 months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of these sections may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real Georgia Properties LLC and its members, officers and agents from claims and reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, creates risk or legal exposure, or is used fraudulently. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. You may stop using the service at any time.

You can permanently delete your account and associated data from Settings → Account → Delete Account, or from the account deletion page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

We may update these Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continuing to use CommissionKeep after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Georgia will have jurisdiction over disputes. This does not remove any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.
