Account and login help
Trouble signing in, confirming your email address, or resetting your password? Email us with the address you used to sign up and we will help you get back in.
Deal and commission calculations
Questions about gross commission, referral fees, brokerage splits, caps, team splits, broker transaction fees or fees you charge? Send the deal numbers you entered and what you expected to see.
Expenses and reports
Help with expense categories, monthly totals, CSV exports, goal progress or the estimated tax reserve. Tax figures in CommissionKeep are estimates only and are not tax advice.
Subscription and billing questions
CommissionKeep does not currently charge for accounts. If paid plans are introduced, billing details and cancellation instructions will be shown before you subscribe, and you can email us with any question.
Privacy questions
See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it is handled, or email us with any privacy or data request.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account and its data yourself from Settings → Account → Delete Account, or from the Delete Account page.
Technical problems
If something will not load or save, tell us what you were doing, the device and browser you used, and the time it happened so we can track it down.
