For agents on a capped split
Commission cap tracker
If your brokerage caps your split, every closing changes how close you are to keeping 100%. CommissionKeep keeps that count for you.
The problem
Brokerage statements rarely show a clear "you have $4,200 left until you cap". Agents end up adding splits by hand, and a deal that crosses the cap is easy to get wrong.
How it works in CommissionKeep
- Set your annual cap amount in Settings.
- Mark which deals count toward the cap.
- Each closing's brokerage split is added to the total paid toward your cap.
- Choose whether the split stops once you reach the cap. On the deal that crosses it, only the remaining amount is deducted.
Example
Your cap is $16,000. You've paid $14,500 when a closing comes in with a $3,000 split. CommissionKeep deducts only $1,500, marks the deal as cap-limited and stops deducting the split on later deals.
